Kristina Edén Johnsen
Kristina provides strategic advice regarding intellectual property. Her field of practice covers establishment and enforcement of trademark, design and patent rights, questions regarding IP-related contracts, market law and conflicts regarding domains. She has extensive experience with cases of counterfeiting. She works with both Norwegian and foreign clients.
Kristina has been an IP professional since 1996; first as a legal advisor in the Trademark Department of the Norwegian Industrial Property Office (1996 – 2000), then as lawyer and Department Head of other firms (2000 – 2014).
She has a law degree from the University of Oslo (1994), where her special subject was EU-law from Université de Poitiers in France. Further more, she has a degree in French from the University of Oslo (1995).
Kristina is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association, the Norwegian Society of Patent Engineers (NPF), FICPI and AIPPI. Since 2012 she has been a board member of NPF, and since 2013 a member of the Anti-counterfeiting and Parallel Trade Team in MARQUES. During the period 2004 – 2011 she was a board member of Norwegian Anti-counterfeit Group (NACG).
Kristina’s working languages are Norwegian, English and French.
